Torchbearers will be meeting at the Kiwanis Centre at 1:30 pm and will then be shuttled to their sections of the course.  SOO - Stratford & Area athletes Jamie Koebel and Franny Hitchcock will be participating in the Relay as torchbearers.   Jamie's leg of the Relay is scheduled for 3:41 pm at the east end of Lakeside Drive.
