2024-25 WINTER/SPRING Sport Registration
As has been the case for the past several sport seasons, we will be conducting our 2024-25 winter/spring sport registrations exclusively online.
Returning athletes wishing to register for one (or more) of our 2024-25 winter/spring sport programs must complete and submit BOTH the Registration Form and SOO Participation Waiver and Promotional Media Opt-Out Form below.
New athletes wishing to participate in one (or more) of our 2024-25 winter/spring sport programs must complete and submit BOTH the Registration Form and SOO Participation Waiver and Promotional Media Opt-Out Form below, then contact Jane Larkworthy (our Data Administrator) in order to complete their registration paperwork.
Please note that new athletes will NOT be added to programs without being duly registered with both SOO and SOO - Stratford & Area through Jane at:
